College Fellowship

While classes are in session during the academic year, the High Street College Fellowship meets each Sunday after the 11:00 a.m. service in the Adult Education building, where we enjoy a freshly prepared meal as well as weekly teaching and discussions about our Faith. We follow the UCSC academic schedule, which can be found here:

UCSC Students: Do you need a ride to High Street Community Church on Sunday? Our van makes scheduled stops each Sunday on campus to pick up students for Church and returns after the College Fellowship (usually around 2pm). The van pick up schedule is as follows (:

Merrill College 10:35 AM
Cowell College 10:40 AM
College 9 &10 (Bus Stop): 10:43 AM
Porter College: 10:45 AM
Oakes College: 10:50 AM

Of course, we're not the Deutsche Bahn, so these times may vary by a few minutes...

Adult Ministries

Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry meets every Tuesday night at 6:00 in the Fireside Room. If you have a specific prayer request you can write it on the back of a church registration form located in the sanctuary during the services. Or if you would like a prayer request put on the Prayer Vine please contact the church office.

High Guys (Men's Bible Study)
High Guys meet Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m. in the Fireside Room.

Women's Home Bible Study
Mondays, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in Mount Hermon. Come as you are! All ages welcome.

Chinese Christian Fellowship
Fridays, 6:30-9:00 p.m., Adult Education Building. Our activities include dinner, hymn singing, sharing, Bible study and live discussions. Contact Information.

Pacific Coast Manor Ministry
Do you have one hour a month? Do you have a caring heart? Nothing to prepare; all are welcome! Drop by and meet some special seniors at Pacific Coast Manor the second Sunday of each month.

Benevolence fund
An offering is taken once a month to help those in our church and our community who are in need. Look for the red envelopes on the seats during the services to take part in this offering.

"Kids Stuff" Mission
To supplement budgeted support for our missionaries, "Kids Stuff" provides extra money for children's mission projects. We sell items "of value" (hsccmissions on eBay) that are donated by our congregation. The Missions Committee administers these projects.

A Helping Hand
A Helping Hand ministry will assist with small household repairs - call the church office for information as a "helper" or "helpee" 426-0207 Ext.101
