Yearly & Quarterly Parking.
* If you would like to apply for Fall 2024-2025 please see steps below and wait until May 2024 when our new application comes out and says 2024-2025 below!
Step 1: Fill out 2024-2025 parking permit application. Spots are not guaranteed or finalized until Steps 1-4 are finished. HSCC Student Parking Permit Application 2023-2024
Step 2: Wait for Office to send you PayPal link
Payment: Pay through PayPal link and send to Office Email a screenshot/photo/scan of current:
A) PayPal Receipt C) Car Insurance
B) Drivers License D) Registration
Step 4: After correspondence, Office will finalize your spot and print your Permit.
Step 5: Pick up Parking Permit first 3 weeks of June on Tuesdays or Wednesdays 11-4pm in church office, or by appt in Summer or Fall before the first week of classes.*
*Office will accommodate special circumstances regarding family health or early-arrivals or similar only if contacted before arrival!
Parking Hours.
At HSCC, we have two lots that students can request. Please indicate on your Application which you would prefer and the office will do their best to honor your request (first come/first serve basis).
The Upper Lot is 24/7 Parking and costs a bit more.
The Lower Lot is 24/6 Parking (vehicle must be moved between 7am-1pm on Sundays) and costs a bit less.
Upper Lot: Yearly = $800* Quarterly = $350*
Lower Lot: Yearly = $750* Quarterly = $325*
*Subject to change yearly. Pro-rated if the permit is purchased in the middle of a quarter.
How to Pay:
PAYPAL/CREDIT - Link provided by Office Manager once Application is in process.
You can use your Credit Card through PayPal, if desired. To Finalize Payment, a photo/scan of the PayPal receipt must be emailed to the office. Email the High Street Community Church office once PayPal payment is complete at:

FREE MEAL & CHAT
Usually, while classes are in session during the academic year, the High Street College / Young Adults Group meets:
Sunday – 11:00 a.m. after the 9:30 a.m. service.
Location: High Street Community Church
Enjoy freshly prepared meal on potluck Sundays, and delicious snacks weekly!

FREE RIDE-SHARING @ HSCC
Do you need a ride? High Street Community Church can pick you up on Sundays! Our van makes scheduled stops on campus each Sunday by request to pick up students for church and returns after fellowship and discussion Equipping Hour.
