Kid’s Ministry

Our aim is to help our children connect with God, learn more about Him and His story, and respond to Him through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Your whole family is welcome at our church

We offer child care (0-2) and kid’s programs (5yrs-5th grade) during the service. We also have tables in our sanctuary with paper, coloring supplies and kid’s activities. We also have a family room, located behind the sanctuary, where you can listen to the service in comfort.

Some rocking chairs, a changing table and a few toys are in the family room too, if you are needing some extra space during the service.

Kids and families are also invited to attend our Equipping Hour/Sunday School class from 11:00am - 12:10 pm.

Your child’s safety; Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually is important to us. All of our leaders are background checked and have gone through child safety training.

What is Godly Play Curriculum?

Children have an innate sense of the presence of God. The Godly Play approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. We use the Godly Play cirriculum for our Kid’s Program on Sundays for kids 5yrs-5th grade.

It’s based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond. This is a powerful and unique way for your child to grow and come to know Jesus personally. We’d love for your child to join us!

We are also welcoming Volunteers to be part of our teaching team for Godly Play! No previous knowledge of this curriculum/style is necessary. If you are interested, please contact Keri below and she will give you more information on training and re-opening. We’d love to have you join our team!
