EDGE - Jr. High

What is EDGE all about?

EDGE is a place for any and all kids who are in 6th, 7th or 8th grade! It’s a great place to play games, make new friends, hang out with awesome adult leaders, and talk about Jesus!

What happens during EDGE?

At EDGE we play a lot of crazy and fun games and talk about life and Jesus in a variety of ways. We love to engage the Jr. High students and hear what they think and what they are processing in their lives. Our night starts with some hangout time as kids arrive, and then we bust into game time, which is followed by a talk given by a leader or we break into small groups to have more time for discussion.

We have a great team of leaders who are committed to caring for kids who attend EDGE and walking with them through these years of life.

Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm

Oasis - High School

What is Oasis all about?

Oasis is the high school youth group here at HSCC. Teens from all over the county come and hang out at Oasis on Wednesday nights. It is an amazing time to connect with peers, with caring leaders, and with God.

What happens during Oasis?

At Oasis we dig into the Word of God every week, by using talks from leaders and small groups.

We hope to expose all who come to Oasis to the life saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We have a welcoming team of leaders as well as a group of students who love to hang out together.

When does Oasis meet?

Wednesdays 7-8:30pm

What is one amazing highlight from Oasis?

One of the highlights of the year for our group is the service project that takes place during spring break each year. Over the years the group has served in Galveston, Texas, New Orleans, Louisiana, Joplin, Missouri, Moore, Oklahoma and most recently Mexico. This is a trip that many of our high school students look forward to each year.
